Delete your SudokuGM account
SudokuGM (com.sudokugm.app) — how to delete your account and the data attached to it.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
- Open SudokuGM.
- Go to Settings (the gear in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to SUPPORT and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately, and the app signs you out.
You need to be signed in for this. If you played only as a guest, no account was ever created and nothing is stored on our servers.
Option 2 — if you have already uninstalled the app
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject SudokuGM account deletion request. We delete the account and reply to confirm, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile: display name, avatar, country
- Game statistics, ranks and XP for every difficulty
- Coins, boosters and other inventory
- Daily Challenge results, streak and gifts
- Battle records, season progress, passports and badges
- Saved puzzles and favorites
All of it is deleted permanently. None of it is retained, and none of it can be restored afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing personal. We keep no copy of your profile or game data after deletion.
- Server logs may retain an anonymous request record for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. These are not linked to your account once it is deleted.
- Data held on your own device (your current puzzle, settings) is removed when you delete the account, or when you uninstall the app.
